We are looking for a Digital Marketing expert with end-to-end ownership of paid user acquisition for SplashLearn Web & apps. The person should be eager to learn, a big fan of metrics, mad about A/B testing, an optimization maniac and have laser focus on growth, growth & growth.


As an Associate - Digital Marketing (CRM), you would be the part of CRM team and own a relationship with the customer across all channels like Email, push & desktop notification, and more for SplashLearn parent business. You would be expected to innovate on setting up key design campaigns with the objective of engaging customers positively and convert them into brand evangelists. Some key areas of responsibility include -

Campaign Strategy, Planning

  • Create segmentation of the audience based on their profile and behaviour.
  • Conceptualize and plan monthly campaigns across channels (email, push, desktop) based on the objective, audience segmentation and seasonality.
  • Plan and maintain a monthly campaign calendar across channels.
  • Track competitor and industry landscape to inform the strategic roadmap.

Campaign Execution and teamwork:

  • Execute Daily campaign based on Monthly campaign calendar
  • Plan and execute Email journey campaigns on CRM tool based on user event and trigger levels. 
  • Identify and execute new A/B tests and tactics based on segmentation, personalization, and customer insights to help improve performance.
  • Work collaboratively with the copywriters, designers, and our tech team to develop content and landing pages.
  • Establish and report on KPIs for all campaigns.

Campaign Analytics 

  • Monitor and track campaign results across the major CRM channels.
  • Analyze campaign data and provide insights to optimize campaign performance
  • Ability to analyse competitor strategies and recommend changes in our strategy.


  • 1-3 years of relevant experience with CRM campaign set-up on CRM tools like MoEngage, Clevertap etc.
  • The first-hand experience with executing Email/Push Notification campaigns, HTML formatting, Journey creation on the CRM tool like Mixpanel/MoEngage/CleverTap or similar. 
  • Knowledge of HTML/CSS. Knowledge of email design with a creative eye is a big plus.
  • Understanding of CRM and marketing automation techniques including A/B testing setup, list uploads, journey mapping setup, etc
  • Comfortable with handling large data sets in excel
