ROLE
While we make learning fun for kids, we have as much fun creating these learning experiences. We’re looking for a freelance content writer to help write kickass educational parenting and teaching related blogs. You will be writing 7-10 blog posts per month that appeal to parents and teachers.
1. This is a freelance role for a 6-month project. We might extend this period if the project is still ongoing and you're open to it.
2. This position is remote, so you can work from anywhere.
CORE RESPONSIBILITIE
● Conducting research on assigned topics and creating a structure for the blog pos
● Writing blog posts that appeal to different sets of audiences (parents & teachers
● Proofreading the content before submitting it for publicatio
● Making changes to the content based on given feedback
● Collaborating with the internal team to come up with fresh and creative ideas for blog posts
● Staying abreast of education trends and best practices.
QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS
● 1+ years of experience as a content writer (please share your past work and writing samples)
● Should have excellent written and oral communication skills
● Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
● Prior experience or knowledge of the educational industry would be a major plus
● Knowledge of American pop-culture would also be an asset
